We Need Your Help!

As you may be aware, we have not updated our congregational directory since 2003. Our membership has undergone many changes since then. It is important for our new staff and for our report to the MNO Synod office to have correct information. It is important that our membership information is as up to date as possible. There are many things that can happen to cause the database to be outdated:

• A death, birth or marriage
• Change in address
• Change in phone number
• Change in marital status

There is one aspect of change that needs our attention, namely changes regarding our children. Some of you have children who are now adults. They may have left home temporarily to attend post-secondary education. They may have moved out on their own, even moved away from the Erickson/Onanole area. Some are now married. Some have children! And some even have grandchildren!! How richly blessed are we! For some of us, however, life may not feel quite as richly blessed, for time has been filled with separation, grief and sorrow. We have recently produced a photo directory of our congregations, there may be copies available for purchase. Contact the church for more information.

In order to help us provide ministry to you and your family, we need each member to provide their current information to us. We also need you to help us update the information for any adult children. Or, how about an elderly relative or neighbour that may not come regularly? Do you know of someone who has moved? Perhaps you could ask them to fill out a membership update form? We do not share this information with anyone other than the Pastor or Deacon, and for the church record keeping.
